Status data-Back office integration Net Trans delivers data back to agencies for import to own backoffice systems in the form of ”Status data”.

The format is identical regardless of the way booking data was supplied to Net Trans and the status data file is divided in two: First part is almost identical to the booking data sent to Net Trans and second part contains all information resulting from the Net Trans process. A standard status data file is a monthly file, containing details of last month’s payment and all bookings where a change to the status was recorded in the previous month. There are at least two milestones generating a status data record: Confirmation from the hotel that the booking is commissionable or not and Confirmation of the payment. From this, one can expect at least two (and sometimes more) records per booking. The status data are generated as a CSV file (delimited ANSI text file) and the process do require some IT resources.
