As a Net Trans customer, you can access your management reports online - but not anyone else’s. Each travel agency has access only to its own data.
  • The reports enable you to see overall management summaries and then drill down to the details of individual hotel bookings. They can be exported to other formats (pdf, excel, csv and web) for further processing. Among the information you can see in the reports is:
  • Commission payment report: A report is available for each (monthly) commission transfer made to the agency. It lists all bookings related to the transfer (hotel, period of stay, guest name etc), specifies VAT (when applicable) and contains fee details.
  • Number of hotelbookings, room nights and room revenue reported to the hotels every month.
  • Hotel response: is the booking commissionable or non-commissionable? If no commission is due, it shows the reason given by the hotel (e.g. net rate, no show, no record, cancelled).
  • Hotel payment response:describes the payment status of commissionable bookings and how they are going to be paid: through Net Trans, already paid, payment channelled to the travel agency, payment pending etc…
